Once upon a time, there was a princess who loved to watch movies. She watched them all day and all night. Because she watched movies so much, the princess never grew up. She never learned how to cook or clean or be industrious. One day, while she was watching her favorite movie about a hero and a very evil villain, a giant troll and a banshee crashed into her room, grabbed her by her ankles, and dragged her away.
The princess screamed and whined and pleaded with them to let her go, but her captors were not merciful."Why have you dragged me away?" she asked. "We were sent here on the order of the King and Queen," grunted the troll. "My parents sent you?" she replied, eyes wide with disbelief. The banshee shrieked, "You have not listened to them, so they have been forced to use stricter measures."
The princess's lip quivered in shock as she listened to the dubious pair tell her she was exiled from the kingdom until she learned to contribute to the Palace. "But I'll never be able to go back then!" The troll grunted, and the banshee pointed a long, bony finger towards the door and beckoned for the person behind it, who turned out to be a servant girl from the kitchens. The princess recognized her, but until now had never really noticed her.
"She will help you," hissed the banshee. "First you will learn to cook. He will come with you and make sure you don't escape." The troll eyed her meanly and some yellow drool dropped from his lip. The princess shuddered and turned and followed the girl out the door. A tear slipped down her cheek, and with a numb jolt, she realized it was Father's Day.

Happy Father's Day!

The Princess's first meal; chicken fried steak.
